At American Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds with reliable delivery. Please review our policies regarding the transport and fulfillment of your laboratory materials.

1Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
  • Lab-Grade Secure Packaging: All orders are packaged to preserve molecular integrity and maintain chain-of-custody standards throughout transit.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected speed (Standard vs. Expedited).

2Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. American Peptides is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but is missing, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us at sales@americanpeptides.us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

3Refund & Return Policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirement to maintain strict temperature controls and chain-of-custody purity standards:

  • All Sales Are Final: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our facility. We cannot verify the storage conditions of products once they are in the buyer’s possession, and therefore cannot restock them for other researchers.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken vials) or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@americanpeptides.us. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost to the researcher.

4Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on recurring and subscription orders.
